With the development of the market, packing belts are becoming more and more automated, and the use of packing tapes is also increasing, but many people do not know the difference between manual packing tapes and fully automatic machine packing tapes. In fact, these two types of packing belts are quite different, not only in different uses and prices, but also in the characteristics of the packing belts themselves.
(1) Raw materials:
The proportion of pure materials used in machine packing belts is high, and machine packing belts generally have relatively high requirements for hardness and deflection;
The use of pure materials for hand-used packing belts is less, and there are more impurities such as recycled materials, which is slightly cheaper than machine-used packing belts.
(2) In terms of usage:
The machine-use packing belt is slightly thicker than the hand-use packing belt, and has the characteristics of strong pulling force and low deflection rate. It is specially used for the packing belt on the automatic packing machine;
Hand-used straps can also be used on automatic balers, but due to the different quality and manufacturing process of hand-used straps and machine-used straps, it is prone to jamming and other phenomena, and it is easier to wear the machine, so it is usually used with a portable baler.
(3) Packaging:
Hand-used packing belts generally do not have paper circles;
Paper rings must be used for machine packing belts. The paper rings are used to cover the rollers of the packing machine, and play a role in fixing and protecting the tape during the packing operation.
(4) Specifications:
The width of the packing belt for automatic machine is required to be ±0.1mm, and the thickness is required to be ±0.05mm;
The width requirement of the hand-used plastic steel belt is ±0.5mm, and the thickness requirement is ±0.1mm.
